Exchanges and returns

You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five working days after we receive the returned package.

Step 1: Fill in the return form

Download the return form here and complete it fully.

Step 2: Send your order back

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address listed on the return form. Make sure the package includes a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
